DELIVERY AND RETURN

Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will process your shipping.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes two working day period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Our standard delivery takes 1-5 working days, while international deliveries take 2-10 working days.  

RETURN

Return Policy 

You can return the products you bought for free if they have not been used or abused, and they are complete with no missing accessories, within 30 days of delivery. They must be send back to us with the sales receipt.

For making a return;

Replace sales receipt in the cargo package, you can send the products you want to return to adresse below. Return cargo payment belongs to the customer.

The products for return process will be inspected for if they are appropriate for return policies. If they are return process will be approved and the price of the product will be repaying to customer.

Repayment

The cost of the product that you return will be repaying to the credit card or bank account that you used when ordering, within 7 weekdays.
